Paul was an entrepreneur managing marketing agency specialized in Website Development & Google Marketing. He was appointed a judge for Singapore  Website Awards 2017 as well as featured for industry insight on Myanmar, Nigeria & Singapore print media.

Paul is certified accredited tester with ICDL Asia & ACTA trainer. He has AEP-AAE title from SkillsFuture Singapore. Paul conducts training for SPH, Community Development Councils, British University College & many more .
